Vendor Terms and Conditions*
-Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
-Application requirements include: business name and a detailed list of items you wish to sell.
-We will notify you via email regarding the acceptance or rejection of your application. If accepted, payment is due within 48 hours and is non-refundable.
⁃Prime banner locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
-Accepted vendors selling food or providing amusement must submit a copy of their certification insurance, naming AAWI as an additional insured.
-Approved vendors must sign a waiver of liability before the event.
-Once accepted, you will receive an email with your space assignment and event times within 7 days, and we require confirmation of receipt.
-A table measuring 10 ft. x 3 ft. will be provided, with an additional 3 ft. space behind the table for vendors.
-AAWI reserves the right to discontinue any approved vendor at any time and issue a refund.
-Professional attire only. No jeans allowed.
-Maintain professionalism and keep your area clean.
-Children are not allowed at the event.
-If you bring an assistant, they must purchase dinner in advance from the event, with a maximum of one assistant per vendor.
-Arrive in time to be set up and ready 15 minutes before the event starts.
-Precautions will be taken to minimize the duplication of similar items.
-If a vendor sells items not approved, they may be required to remove the item and pay a fine of $200.00.
-There will be no refund in case of failure to show or illness.
