*Companies are offered 10% off each ticket price with a purchase of a table of 10. Companies that purchase a table will be recognized at event and company names will be on the purchased table.

Sponsor Terms and Guidelines

⁃ Fill out online registration form with business info and make payment . No refunds.

⁃ First come, first serve for prime location of banner.

⁃ You will receive an email confirmation from us within 48 hours. Please respond with banner info as far as size and if you will add anything to our Grab Bags, all within 48 hours. Also let us know if you will be providing a gift for the giveaway. You will receive an email within 7 days with the location for your banner.

⁃ Please provide Grab Bag items 2 weeks prior to event or arrive one hour before event to add to bag. You can also put up your banner at this time.

Sponsor Rules for Events

1. Registration and Payment:

Complete the online registration form with your business information and make the required payment.

Note: All payments are non-refundable.

2. Banner Placement:

Prime banner locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Confirmation and Information Submission:

You will receive an email confirmation from us within 48 hours of your registration. Please respond to this email within 48 hours with the following information:

Banner size and design details.
Details of any items you wish to include in our Grab Bags.
Information about any gifts you will be providing for the giveaway.

Banner Location Notification:

You will receive an email within 7 days informing you of the location assigned for your banner.

Grab Bag and Banner Setup:

Provide your Grab Bag items at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
Alternatively, you can arrive one hour before the event starts to add items to the Grab Bags and set up your banner.
